EMERGENCY ROOM!!!

Ok so some of you know that last week I went in to see the Dr. and she found a lump in my right breast, well I have to go get some other test done and have it removed. So this friday around 5 ish, I started having severe stomach pains and I thought, oh no not another miscarriage please!! So, my husband takes me to the ER and when we get back there, the Dr. said it could be a couple different things but her main concern was that I didn't have an inner tubual pregnancy, which means that the egg was fertilized in my falopian tube, so I had to get an ultra sound!! So as she was doing the ultra sound she asked if I ever had anyone tell me I have fibroids on my uterus? I was like what the crap is that!! Well, she couldn't tell me anything because technically she wasn't a doctor, so when my actual dr came in to tell me the results, she said baby is fine but that I have 3 or 4 small to medium size fibroids on my uterus. When I asked what that was she said it is another word for tumors!! It totally sucks!! This is completely genetic because my grandma and mother had to have hysterectomy's because of it!! She also said more then likely they are benine, but the scary part is that there are blood vessels wrapped around them and it gets complicated. So, I have to go back to see my OB on Monday (tomorrow) to see what our options are as far as surgery goes. I will keep everyone updated to let you know what the outcome will be!! Pretty much I am done with all the bad news, how about some good news for once!! OH yeah and they took measurments of the baby and I got to see it's tiny tiny heart beat. So, they changed my due date to JUNE 19, 2008. ADAM'S BIRTHDAY!! yeah he was happ about that!!

OFFICE GET TO KNOW U

Ok, so we had our get to know you party at Dr. L's house!! So much fun, I have never seen a more intense game of left right center in my life!! Adam was so out of it I think he was sleeping in the middle of the game!! No one got beat up though!! Our winners were, Dawn, Gena and Danielle, however Danielle won the best prize. We ate yummy food from Jason's deli and had the best desserts!! Oh yeah and that was the first night I think I ever saw Dr. J's hair done!! Like really done, mousse hairspray the whole nine yards!!!!

SCHNEPF FARMS

FUNNEST NIGHT EVER!! So, we went to schnepf farms and had so much fun, i took the kids and my bf Sonia took her 2 girls, we had so much fun. Landen lost his second tooth and got a painting of spiderman!! The chili was the best!!

Nina and Adam Olson!! Olson Family News, The news we just found out!!









Yes that is right we found out we are expecting a baby!!! We took a blood test on Friday and on Saturday they confirmed!! Adam has not stopped smiling. Me on the other hand I would have been totally fine waiting another year or so!! But, everyone that knows is so excited for us and is hugging and just so bubbly so I can't help but to get use to the idea that it came sooner than planned!! We have our names all ready picked out so the next waiting game is to know the gender. If it's a girl her name will either be Addisyn(after her dad, had the name picked out since the day we got married, how cute is it that is means the daughter of Adam)or Kenidee. For a boy, well maybe Austin, although Adam is stuck on Aiden (hate that name)!! We will keep you posted. Our first Dr's. appointment is November 16.

So Mike and Tricia came down with the kids to visit and it was so much fun!! We went to dinner at Denny's and just listened to Reagan talk the whole night. She is getting so dang big it's amazing how fast they grow!!! She is the spitting image of her mother, she is like her minnie me!! We stayed up till midnight talking about fun times. I miss this family the most because we all actually get along!! And I actually love her husband to pieces!! We are the outspoken in-laws in the family so we have to stick together!! Plus, Adam and Tricia are like 2 peas in a pod, they really should have been the twins in the family!! HAHA. Love ya Mike, Tricia and kids.........

LANDEN'S 7TH BIRTHDAY

Ok so Landen had a birthday on October 2nd!! I have been really slow at getting some new posts up because I still can't figure this blog thing out yet. Anyhow, we picked Landen up from school and took him to PF changs for lunch. We had a great time and he was really good too believe it or not!! He is way excited to celebrate at his favorite place this weekend.

Landen's First Soccer Game!!

Ok so Landen had his very first soccer game today, and omg was it soooooo freaking hot outside!! It was 105 degrees and I had to hand it to him he was a champ with all that gear on. He did really good, he was just exhausted from the heat and kept wanting to sit out and have us pour water all over him. It was so funny because there was a kid on the other team that I promise you is Chris Farley's kid. He was the only kid that was wearing sunglasses! WHAT WHO DOES THAT THE KID IS 7. It was funny to watch him kick the ball, he kept stepping on it and falling right on his behind. I couldn't help laughing. It was a good show, I am so proud of Landen. He is getting so freaking big, time has just flown by!! Although, I don't think soccer will stick with him, I think he will be more of a baseball, football kind of a kid, but we will see!!

So on Saturday night we went out and bought the movie World Trade Center. We talked to Landen about it and told him he could not watch it!! He was like, "Mom, I don't care about the twin towers so I want to watch it." I informed him he was way too young to even know the importance of that day and promised him if he watched it, he would be really really sad. He insited on watching it so I let him. I have always been one of those women who swore to myself if my children are persistent with something, I will let them learn their own lessons in life. Well, we get 3/4 of the way through the movie and I glance over at Landen and he is wiping his tears from his face. I felt so bad and paused the movie and said, "Landen, I told you." He turned to me and said, "Mom those guys have to make it they just have to live, can you take me there so I can save them, please I just have to save them." That is what got me teary eyed. I couldn't believe that a 6 almost 7 year old could have such a tender heart that he would actually want to go there just to help save someone else!! We explained to him everything that happened that day and he was so stunned to learn so much about it. After the ending he looked at me again and said, "I knew they would make it, my heart just told me there was no way 2 hero's would just die saving others." I have learned from this, when it comes to teaching my kids about service, I will never keep anything they want to learn from them. This was a great lesson for me...

OLSON BABY UPDATE

So we got and email last month from Ryan and Michelle!! IT'S A GIRL!! Yeah there needs to be more girls in the family!! Also, Sean and Janelle found our yesterday, IT'S A BOY!! Sean was so excited!! I really thought for sure they were having a girl, but we are so happy for them and excited for the babies to come!! Aaron and Katie are having a boy!!

September 2007

So Landen lost his first tooth!! It was one of the bottom ones. Funny thing is, I told him he gets the most from the tooth fairy when he loses the 1st tooth and when he woke up the next morning to look at how much, he threw a fit and said, "5 BUCKS THATS IT!! RIP OFF." I was so stunned. I guess he takes after Charley in that department!! We are doing really well, the Xmas lights business seems to finally be starting off. I started doing Arbonne which is seriously one of the most amazing products I have ever tried!! Yeah, and you all know me, I am a MAC and Mary Kay kind of a girl. Although I will never give up MAC, I did give up using Mary Kay!! I have learned so many things about this and am slowly changing out every product in my home. It's better to be safe then sorry right!!

Olson news!!

So, we got some pretty crazy news over last weekend!!! Sean called us (Adam's brother) and decided to tell us on speaker phone that his wife Janelle is pregnant and they were due January 30, 2008. We gave our congrats and he gave the phone to his brother Aaron (Adam's twin brother but not really!! Very different looks and all) and he managed to tell us Katie is pregnant and is due December 7, 2007. After all that he handed the phone to Ryan (Adam's oldest brother) and he managed to tell us Michelle was pregnant as well and is due December 8, 2007. So, all of the brothers except Adam are having little bundles of joy within the next 5-6 months!! We will keep you all posted when we find out when our bundles of joy will arive!! CONGRATS OLSON BROTHERS AND YOUR WIVES!!! Also, Claudia has received her masters degree, it's been a tough year so CONGRATS!!
